Every piece is built to order in the UK, which means you may wait up to six weeks for your order to be delivered - we promise it's worth the wait. Our furniture isn't mass-produced overseas, and we don't leave stock sitting on palettes or in trucks. Our expert team will assemble the piece for you in your chosen room, and take packaging away with them, to allow for complete peace of mind.

National deliveries (UK Mainland only)

All orders below £1000 will incur flat fee of £40.00.
All orders over £1000 will be delivered free of charge by our in-house team.

Insurance and damages

All goods are insured by West Bridgford Joinery Limited whilst in transit. If you receive damaged goods, please contact hello@tormar.co.uk on the day of the delivery with details of the damage, and replacements will be made where possible (please refer to our Refund Policy).

If you miss a delivery

If you miss a delivery, or the couriers are unable to find your property with the details you have supplied, your goods will be returned to the factory and you will be contacted to rearrange a delivery at your expense.
