Planning

Our standard Melton Pods should not need planning permission as they fall under the rules governing garden rooms. Our Pods are within the maximum height of 2.5m. As with all permissions, there are limits and conditions. If you are unsure if planning permission is required, please contact your local authority.

Price

The Melton Pod comes in two standard sizes 2x3m and 3x4m.
The 2x3m Pod starts at £10k + VAT.

Factors that affect the total costs would include: location, internal and external specification, overall design modifications and finished sizes. 
Additions include: Concrete footings, Internal finish, furniture, lighting, electrics and decking.
Current lead time 10-14 weeks.
